Hip-hop mogul Jay-Z says he regrets not releasing a range of umbrellas when Rihanna’s song was a worldwide hit in the Summer of 2007. “We really should have had some Rihanna Rocawear umbrellas when the song became a hit,” Hov says. “We could have made a load of money on those. I’m still kicking myself.”
He added: “The goal is to make Rocawear a $1 billion company. People want a quality product, which is what I want Rocawear to be known for – we make a damn good pair of jeans, that’s why people buy them.”
“‘Umbrella” was such a mega hit that fans started bringing umbrellas to Rihanna concerts to imitate the island beauty’s now-famous dance routine. However, umbrellas were eventually banned from her shows after audience members continually injured themselves.
Serena Williams has been slammed with a record-setting $82,500 fine thanks to her foul-mouthed tirade against a judge during the U.S. Open last summer.

Williams lashed out at a lineswoman after a foot-fault call at the end of her semifinal loss to Kim Clijsters during an Open match in September. Williams already paid $10,000 for the profanity-laced rant, but after further investigation it was determined that she violated a “major offense” rule for “aggravated behavior” and the tennis champ has been hit with another fine and a two year probation sentence, Grand Slam administrator Bill Babcock said Monday.
Any more bad behavior from Serena, and she could be fined up to $175,000 and barred from the U.S. Open altogether.
Nicole Murphy told People Magazine “It’s my second time around, and I had the big extravagant wedding when I got married to Eddie. I want to do something really simple. Jay-Z refused to walk the red carpet at the Victoria’s Secret show, The New York Post claims. The rapper who attended the annual Victoria’s Secret Showin the Big Apple last Thursday night decided not to be photographed with the lingerie models because he didn’t want to upset his wife Beyonce, who is currently on tour in Ireland. “Victoria’s Secret begged, but Jay-Z refused,” a source said. “He explained it was out of respect for Beyonce.”
Hov was also given his own booth at the after-party so that he would not be photographed anywhere near the models.

“He has to be good in bed and the size matters. You know what I mean? The inner beauty counts as well, but without a toy it doesn’t make it fun. Right now I don’t want to have a serious relationship, I want to have fun,”
